Sunshine and new neighbors!

I am happy to report that we've had a sunny afternoon! Phu! :))

We also got new neighbors across the street - lots of new baby sheep with their mommies!

I have to admit that the sheep photos are already one or two weeks old,
the pastures are much greener by now! ;-)

Sunshine! Yeah!

*lol*

  1. Awwww, how sweet. And, I can just see all that pretty wool in sweaters, hats, scarves.... :) I have a Norwegian friend who grew up on a family farm in Northern Norway. His Mom knit all sweaters for the family from wool from sheep they owned. I asked about colors and dye and he said, "We always had at least one black one and a few different shades of white and brown so we had all the colors we needed." Really cool. I see all the colors needed in your images for some pretty sweaters.

    Thanks for the images.

  3. Oh, such fun! I love the sheep...they are adorable...makes me think of the old nursery rhyme, "Baa, baa, black sheep, have you any wool?" And hurray for sunshine!! Really lifts the spirits, doesn't it? Happy days to you, dear Mikaela! Love, Janine XO
